OUR CONTEST RULES

Time Limit: Contestants have 10 minutes to eat as many bratwursts as possible.
Bratwurst Specifications: This contest uses bratwurst sausages, made from pork. The bratwursts will be cooked and served in a standard bun. The size and weight of the bratwursts may vary, but they are typically around 1/4 to 1/3 pound each.
Condiments: Contestants may have the option to use condiments such as ketchup, mustard, and sauerkraut. However, the use of condiments is a matter of personal preference and is not mandatory.
Hands-Only: Contestants are only allowed to use their hands to eat the bratwursts. The use of utensils, such as forks or knives, is prohibited.
No Dipping: Contestants are not allowed to dunk the buns or bratwursts in water or any other liquid to make them easier to swallow.
Clean Plate Rule: Contestants must completely consume and swallow the bratwurst and bun before it can be counted towards their total. Partially eaten bratwursts or buns will not count.
Counting System: The number of bratwursts consumed by each contestant is monitored and counted by judges. The counting system will involve judges who keep track of each Contestants total.
Disqualification: Contestants will be disqualified for violating the rules, such as vomiting (also known as a "reversal of fortune"), intentionally tampering with other participants' food, or engaging in unsportsmanlike behavior.

Safety: Safety is our highest priority. Participants are urged to eat responsibly and officials will be present to ensure a safe and fair competition.

The Prize: In addition to eternal bragging rights and a very full stomach, the winner will receive a Krush Brau beer and wursts gift basket and the prestigious title of "Krush Brau's Wurst Eating Champion 2023."

Registration

Eligibility: The contest is open to individuals aged 18 and above. Those with a love for wurst, a strong appetite, and a competitive spirit are particularly welcome!

Registration: Participants must register by June 30, 2023. Early registration is encouraged as spaces are limited.
